33 IVC22-131 SAPPD Digital Twin for Built Environment SAPPK Architecture Dr. Dewi Larasati IVC is organized in terms of the nature of the built environment which is inherently complex, variable and unpredictable. So that the design and building process will be more difficult to control when changes occur in the field. But now, major advances in cyber physical technology, combined with the blurring of industry dividing lines open up huge opportunities for digital change. One of the most exciting areas of change is the emergence of the so-called "digital twins". It is a virtual representation of an actual physical asset, where the digital twin is updated over time to accurately reflect the real thing. For example, the digital twin of a section of a rail line will be updated when the line is maintained, or if there is a problem with any signalling equipment. Digital twins build on a number of existing technologies and initiatives. They can be seen as a natural evolution of Building Information Modelling (BIM) which has started to represent the built environment digitally. Internet of Things (IoT) sensors provide critical data to help transform digital models into dynamic, up-to-date twins. As this data grows in volume and complexity, analytics and artificial intelligence are increasingly important to connect and interpret this data, thereby improving decision-making 2022-10-07 s.d 2022-12-30 2022-09-12 s.d 2022-12-30
34 IVC22-103 EXPORTING CULTURAL AND CREATIVE PRODUCTS: SOFT POWER TO WIN THE WORLD SBM Master of Business Administration Yunieta Anny Nainggolan, Ph.D. ; Yudo Anggoro, Ph.D. (yudo.anggoro@sbm-itb.ac.id; +62 858-6028-3896 A summer course program initiated by the Magister Program of School of Business and Management ITB (MBA and MSM Study Program) with the theme of “EXPORTING CULTURAL AND CREATIVE PRODUCTS: SOFT POWER TO WIN THE WORLD”. Soft power is imperative for a country on a global stage. As one of the country's tools to influence, every country needs to develop its distinctiveness, making the country associable with a specific value. Thus, a country needs to create and communicate its distinctiveness compared to other countries. To do so, the government must groom a specific industry supporting this purpose by developing an ecosystem that includes the development of related and supporting industries, industry supervision to ensure fair competition, nurturing factors conditions, and demand conditions. A big challenge to be discussed and solved through this summer course is what, why and how exporting the soft power of cultural landscape in Indonesia to the world. This program is a hybrid program and worth three credits involving academics, practitioners and policy makers as our speakers to discuss contemporary issues around the topics. 2022-07-18 s.d 2022-07-29 2022-08-04 s.d 2023-01-19

41 IVC22-132 Feeding a growing population: postharvest technology and innovation to strengthen tropical food security SITH-R Post Harvest Technology Dr. Ir. Rijanti Rahaju Maulani, SP. MSi. The world’s population is expected to increase to nearly 10 billion by 2050. This prediction comes with a great challenge, how and where we will feed (sustainably) a growing global population? It means higher demand for available food, water, productive soil, and environmental impacts. Strengthening tropical food security is key to addressing the global food security issues. Local food systems make communities more resilient, climate adaptive and sustainable in the long term. Post-harvest technology plays a vital role in creating food security. The science and sustainable technique must be applied to deliver crops from harvesting to consumption with a minimum loss, maximum efficiency, and maximum benefit for all involved. Post-harvest handling is critical to reducing post-harvest food losses and wastes, maintaining food safety, preserving food quality and nutrient content, and ensuring everyone have access to food all year long. 2022-08-08 s.d 2022-08-19 2022-07-10 s.d 2022-09-05
