A. NOTIFICATION SCHEDULE 

  1. Second admission period selection result will be announced on Friday, 5 July 2024, 15.00 western Indonesian time at https://admission.itb.ac.id/international-program
  2. Successful applicant is required to activated the Online Registration account on 6 – 12 July 2024 at https://admission.itb.ac.id/international-program
  3. Successful applicant is required to make Education Fees Payments on 8 – 15 July 2024, in order to be processed by academic administration as new ITB students.

 


 

B. NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION

  1. New Student Registration process will be conducted online at https://six.itb.ac.id, starting 6 – 12 July 2024, 17.00 western Indonesian time.
  2. Successful applicant who do not register on the specified schedule will be declared to have canceled their acceptance.

 


 

C. DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS

  1. ITB International Undergraduate Program Participant Card, downloaded from https://admission.itb.ac.id/international-program.
  2. High School Diploma/Certificate or equivalent, authorized by the government of the applicant’s country of origin. 
    • Graduates of 2022 and 2023 submit the scanned results of the Original Diploma/Graduation Certificate.
    • Graduates of 2024 have to submit a scan of the Temporary Graduation Certificate/Expected Graduation Letter, accompanied by a photo of the prospective student (school stamp and/or the principal’s signature must partly be stipulated on the photo). 
    • Graduates of 2024 can submit the scanned results of the Original Diploma/Graduation Certificate by 22 July – 16 August 2024. 
  3. Certificate of Highschool Diploma Equivalency (Surat Keterangan Penyetaraan Ijazah) from Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemdikbudristek RI), for Indonesia Nationals Student from Overseas Highschool.
    • If the Certificate of Highschool Diploma Equivalency has not been obtained, it can be submitted on 22 July – 16 August 2024.
    • Information about Certificate of Highschool Diploma Equivalency can be found at https://piln.kemdikbud.go.id/.
  4. Birth Certificate (for Indonesian nationals) or Valid Passport (for foreign nationals).
    • Family Registration Card (Kartu Keluarga) is not applicable
    • For foreign nationals, passport validity period is at least 1 year by 9 September 2024.
  5. Submit a Verified Letter of Non Color Blindness, consisting the applicant photograph, stamped by the hospital/clinic, issued by Ophthalmologist, for applicants of the following study programs:
    • Pharmaceutical Science and Technology
    • Clinical and Community Pharmacy
    • Biology
    • Microbiology
    • Bioengineering
    • Chemical Engineering
    • Fine Arts
    • Craft
    • Interior Design
    • Visual Communication Design
    • Product Design
  6. Full-Coverage Health Insurance, valid in Indonesia for at least 1 year.
    • The definition of Health Insurance that applicable for ITB IUP registration is insurance that can facilitate hospitalization due to illness, and not accident insurance/life insurance.
    • ITB requires all students to have Health Insurance while studying at ITB.
    • For Indonesian nationals, BPJS is insurance that students must have at least. However, students can use other health insurance apart from BPJS
    • For prospective students who do not have health insurance according to the online registration schedule above, they are required to upload proof of ownership of health insurance between 1 – 15 July 2024.

 


 

D. EDUCATION FEE AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

  1. The education fees for ITB International Undergraduate Program students consists of 2 components:
    • Tuition fee per semester, must be paid at the beginning of each semester. 
    • Institutional Development Donation, must be paid only once at the New Student Registration schedule. 
  2. Students are required to make Education Fees Payments on 8 – 15 July 2024, in order to be processed by academic administration as new ITB students so that they are given a Student Identification Number (NIM).
  3. Education fees payment procedures can be obtained on the page https://six.itb.ac.id, at the Tuition and Scholarships section. 
  4. The education fees for ITB International Undergraduate Program students are as follows:

Notes: Currently, the Education fee is awaiting approval from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia.

 


 

E. REGULATION FOR ITB INTERNATIONAL UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM STUDENTS

  1. ITB International Undergraduate Program students have to pay their educational fees independently while studying at ITB and do not allowed to apply for any fee reduction in any form.
  2. ITB international undergraduate program students have to take part in an internationalization program in the form of a minimum of 1 semester of outbound exchange at their own expense to various ITB partner universities abroad at their own expense.
  3. ITB international undergraduate program students are not permitted to apply to change study programs or move to the regular program for any reason.

 


 

F. STATEMENT OF DOCUMENT VALIDITY AND DOCUMENT VERIFICATION

  1. All submitted data and document must true and legally valid.
  2. All submitted data and document will be verified. Please ensure you always check the information in your account periodically and thoroughly.
  3. If in the future discovered that the data and documents provided are not in accordance with the above statement, student must be willing to accept and follow all the legal consequences.

For foreign students, the immigration process to enter Indonesia as a student takes approximately 2 months. Please contact the ITB International Relations Office (iro@itb.ac.id) immediately to process your Study Permit and Visa.
